Hey Sumin, I tried re-creating Hover-on-Hover Interaction on Adobe XD.

But I think It is not possible as of now. I was able to re-create Tap-on-Hover interaction but After Hover interaction ended, Component stayed on a Tap state.

I guess This needs some external or out-of-box thinking or some more addition to Adobe XD.
